1. Overview

The Deals365 Rewards scheme ("the Scheme") allows registered members to earn points by interacting with the Deals365 platform. Accumulated points can be redeemed for supermarket vouchers at a fixed rate. These terms govern the Scheme and form part of the Deals365 Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Scheme, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Scheme.

2. Eligibility

• The Scheme is open to registered Deals365 members aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts created to accumulate additional points will be suspended and all associated points forfeited.
• Members must have a valid email address on their account to receive voucher redemptions.
• Employees of Park Drive Investments Limited and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Earning points

3.1 How points are awarded

Points are credited to your account automatically when an eligible action is completed. The current schedule of point-earning activities is:

• Account creation: 50 points, awarded once on first registration
• WhatsApp deal alerts opt-in: 20 points, awarded once
• Weekly newsletter opt-in: 10 points, awarded once
• Deal interaction: Points awarded for saving, sharing or clicking through to a deal — current values shown in your account dashboard
• Referral: Points awarded when a referred member creates an account — current values shown in your account dashboard

Point values for ongoing activities may be adjusted from time to time. The current schedule is always shown in your account dashboard. Changes to the schedule do not affect points already earned.

3.2 Points are not transferable

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, gifted, sold, or exchanged for cash. Points are personal to your account and will be forfeited if your account is closed or suspended.

3.3 Disputed or missing points

If you believe points have not been credited correctly, contact us within 30 days of the relevant action. We will investigate and correct any errors. Points will not be awarded retrospectively for actions taken more than 30 days prior to the dispute being raised.

4. Redeeming points

4.1 Redemption rate

The current redemption rate is:

• 5,000 points = £5 supermarket voucher
• 10,000 points = £10 supermarket voucher
• Higher denominations available at the same rate

The redemption rate is subject to change. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any reduction in the redemption rate, communicated by email to your registered address and via a notice on the Deals365 website. Any change will not affect points already redeemed.

4.2 Available vouchers

Vouchers are currently available for the following supermarkets and retailers: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, and Amazon. Availability of individual retailers may change. If a retailer is removed from the programme, outstanding redemption requests for that retailer will be honoured where the request was submitted before the removal date

4.3 Redemption process

• Redemptions are requested through your Deals365 account dashboard.
• Voucher codes are delivered by email to your registered email address within 14 working days.
• Redemptions cannot be reversed once processed.
• Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.
• We are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen or not received where delivery to your registered email address can be confirmed.

4.4 Minimum redemption

The minimum redemption is 5,000 points (equivalent to a £5 voucher). Partial redemptions below this threshold are not available.

5. Points expiry

Points expire if your account has had no qualifying activity for a continuous period of 18 months. You will receive an email warning 60 days before any points are due to expire, giving you the opportunity to take an action that resets the activity clock. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Qualifying activity includes: logging into your account, saving or sharing a deal, or redeeming points.

6. Account closure

If you close your Deals365 account, all accumulated points are forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered. Any pending redemption requests submitted before account closure will be fulfilled; redemptions cannot be initiated after an account is closed.

If your account is suspended or terminated by Deals365 for breach of the Terms and Conditions, all points are forfeited and no redemptions will be processed.

7. Fraud and abuse

We take abuse of the Scheme seriously. The following will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points:

• Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to generate point-earning actions
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or circumvent the points system
• Providing false information during redemption

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and to take legal action where fraud is identified.

8. Changes to the Scheme

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Scheme at any time. Where changes are materially detrimental to members (such as reducing the redemption rate or introducing points expiry where none previously existed), we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and by notice on the website

In the event that the Scheme is discontinued entirely, we will give at least 90 days' notice and will honour all valid redemption requests submitted before the closure date.

9. Liability

Park Drive Investments Limited accepts no liability for any loss arising from the forfeiture, expiry or non-receipt of points or vouchers, except where such loss results directly from our negligence or breach of these terms. Vouchers are issued by third-party retailers and we accept no liability for their non-fulfilment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
