Deals365 Code of Conduct

I.Members

Respect for Individuals: Every user on Deals365 is a real person. Please respect their orientation in life and their opinions at all times.

User Identity: Choose a username and avatar that is inoffensive and refrain from imitating other users. Profile quotes should not contain links, social media profile information, or references to other sites. Tolerance: Be tolerant. Deliberately stirring up arguments, upsetting members, or displaying disrespectful behaviour is not permitted.

II.Content

Content Guidelines:

  • Illegal or encouraging illegal behaviour is prohibited.
  • Pornographic, intentionally disturbing, or malicious content is not allowed.
  • Content containing swearing, hate speech, or encouraging hate speech is prohibited.
  • Content disrespectful to individuals, groups, views, or beliefs is not permitted.
  • Impersonation, sharing personal or confidential information, harassment, or bullying is strictly prohibited.
  • Denial of systemic racism or downplaying the effects of racial injustice is not allowed.
  • Spam, self-promotion, or incentivized content is prohibited.
  • Publication of private messages without sender consent is not allowed.
  • Discussions relating to politics or religion are prohibited.
  • Objectification of individuals is not permitted, especially through off-topic posts about images in threads.

III. Behaviour

Collaborative Behaviour:

  • Users are expected to cooperate with the community. Any behaviour working
  • the community may lead to suspension or banning.
  • Attempts to disrupt Deals365, derail threads, or engage in unfair voting are prohibited.
  • Creating multiple usernames to avoid restrictions or suspensions is strictly prohibited.
  • Any malicious use of Deals365 is strictly prohibited.
  • Denial of systemic racism or downplaying the effects of racial injustice is not allowed.
  • Conduct contrary to the spirit of a money-saving community (e.g., scalping, profiteering) is not permitted.

Enforcement and Communication

  • Users have access to the report button to notify the community support team of any concerning content or behaviour.
  • Retaliation is discouraged; users should utilise the report button to address issues.
  • Users may be contacted by a community support team member if their content breaches terms.
  • Serious or repeated breaches may result in temporary suspension or account restrictions.
  • Content may be moderated, edited, or removed depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Permanent bans may occur if users consistently violate guidelines.
  • Merchants or stores may be banned for poor customer service or self-promotion.
  • Privacy of users is respected; deletion of accounts and personal information is managed according to the Privacy Statement.

Site Staff

  • The community support team exists to assist the community and enforce site guidelines.
  • Disputes can be addressed through the "Contact Us" link.
  • Admin has final authority in disputed decisions and all aspects of the forum.
  • The opinions of site staff/administrators may differ from those of members.

Changes and Agreement

  • The Code of Conduct may be updated at any time; users are expected to , adhere to the latest version.
  • Continued use of Deals365 implies implicit agreement with the Code of Conduct.
